Uptown Aces provides the best gaming experience by offering European Blackjack, Eight-Line Bonus Poker, Hairway To Heaven, Cash Bandits, and many more Real Time Gaming games. We will tell you how you can claim 350 free spins!
Introduction
Uptown Aces is one of the Deck Media brands and a Realtime Gaming-powered casino. It promises and delivers lots of bonuses and a quality, hassle-free gambling experience. This casino has been around for a long time.
I review casinos differently. Read on to find out exactly how good the games at Uptown Aces casino are, whether they pay well, and whether the high-payout games are available or not, and how fast this casino pays, and whether they are known to cause problems in this crucial part of online gambling.
Review Methodology - How We Tested
On January 19, 2026, I tested Uptown Aces Casino for 1.5 hours using my MacBook (Safari) and my iPhone 17 Pro Max on the 5G network. When I first visited, I saw the sleek-looking background that looks like its easy on the eyes, and it will go great with my nighttime session. The casino skin does not look like every other RTG casino, while there are some similarities.
I started to register at 8:41AM EST. They did not ask for a phone number, nor did they ask me to verify my email address. I was logged in by 8:47AM EST.
I sent $25.41 in Bitcoin at 3:17PM EST and saw $25 after gas fees were applied to my account at 3:22PM EST. I did not see a license displayed on the site, nor a responsible gambling badge, nor a link to a page.
I was happy to see they had tournaments, and I liked that the recent winners were in the middle of the screen. I wasn't sure whether there would be a live dealer because it's an RTG casino, but based on my experience, some RTG casinos use Visionary iGaming, like Roaring 21 Casino. I did not see any live dealer section and was disappointed.
I noticed there was a search feature at the top of the screen that lets you search by game. However, it was not an advanced search box like others, where you can search for games by their features, such as the ‘nudge feature’.
During my 1.5-hour session, my MacBook got very hot, and playing on it used up almost half my battery. The site was easy to navigate, with a hamburger menu offering options like banking, tournaments, comp points, etc.
Games
This online casino offers an expanded Games section. As you look through their gaming options, you see they have the full RTG game library. Enjoy scratchcard games, bonus poker, and all types of slot machines. There is also a separate Mobile Casino section with a full array of mobile game choices, as crazy as this may sound in this day and age, where it's normal for anyone to visit an online casino on their phone web browser. Well, Uptown Aces makes the distinction regardless.
And if you're visiting from your phone - make sure to click Mobile. You'll enter the mobile version of the website, and a pretty good one, too. The overall selection of games at Uptown Aces covers:
Slots - Hand Tested
Uptown Aces definitely caters to serious slot players. This section is broken down into an extensive list of 3-Reel and 5-Reel titles. There is also a shortlist of the most popular titles with a complete game description. You will find all types and versions of slots. Play Football Frenzy, Count Spectacular, Crazy Vegas, Caesars Empire, Cleopatra's Gold, Cash Bandits, Achilles, Achilles Deluxe, Hairway To Heaven,Big Shot, and the full RTG slots library.
Aztec Millions - 95% RTP%
I started to play Aztec Millions at 3:27PM EST and stopped playing at 3:31PM EST. I bet $5 per spin and spun the wheel 10 times. I scored some wins while playing, but after 10 spins, I was down around $15. I was happy to score some wins because, in my experience, Aztec Millions is a hard-to-win game with a below-industry-average 96% RTP.
3X Wow Wheels - 95 RTP%
I started to play 3X Wow Wheels at 3:32PM EST and played until 3:36PM EST.I tested this game out at Uptown Aces with 25 spins. I bet $0.09 per spin and hit a wild symbol a few times. I had a couple of mediocre wins but ended up losing money. This game was hard to win today.
Buffalo Mania - 95.69 RTP%
I started to play Buffalo Mania at 3:36PM EST and stopped at 3:42PM EST. I bet $0.40 per spin and took 25 spins. I found this game hard to win or today wasn’t my luckiest day.
Video Poker Games
Video Poker fans have close to 20 options to choose from. Games range from Eights Bonus Poker, Aces and Eights to Sevens Wild to cover everyone’s favorites. Specialty Games include Keno, Bonus Bingo, and Scratch Cards.
Electronic Table Games
Moving to table games, Uptown Aces does not offer live dealer games. However, there are multiple versions of Blackjack and Roulette as the two most popular choices. Also in the mix are table games such as Pai Gow,European Blackjack, Let’Em Ride, and Vegas Three Card Rummy.
Progressive Jackpots
One of the biggest attractions is seven different Progressive Jackpot slot games. This gives players the chance to win some of the biggest jackpots in the online casino industry.
Credit and/or debit cards are a popular payment method to fund your Uptown Aces online betting account, as this casino supports Visa, MasterCard, and American Express deposits. However, you can't withdraw money to these cards, so you'd have to fall back on Bank Transfer or Check. Minimum amounts are $100 and $150, respectively. For a Bank Transfer, the fee is $60, with a maximum of $2,500, while a check is a better option with a $30 fee and a $3,000 maximum.
Required Identity Verification
Uptown Aces Casino will ask you to submit your proof of identity and proof of address before you're eligible to request withdrawals. If you used a cryptocurrency to fund your account, you plan to withdraw to your crypto wallet, or if requested by our documents team, you must also send a picture of you holding a Government-issued photo ID next to your face. If you used a credit/debit card to fund your account, you may need to send a copy of the front and back of the card. Uptown Aces reserves the right to request additional verification documents.
I did lose some money playing here; I was down to $8.92, so I couldn't request a withdrawal. However, based on my 10+ years of iGaming experience, I can tell you that these guys pay on time.
How To Join The VIP CLUB?
To join the Uptown Aces sites VIP Club, you have to send customer support an email and formally apply. With their exclusive VIP Club, Uptown Aces makes you feel like royalty. It also guarantees that more exciting bonus promotions await you. One thing you should know is that the VIP Club has different levels. For level one, the age of your account doesn't matter if you deposit $5,00 or accrue 500 comp points. For the Neon Comp Level, players receive one point for every $9 they wager on their mobile device. Also, earn 30% Instant Cashback every week. The minimum deposit at this instant play site is $20.
Mobile Experience
The mobile site worked well and had the same nice black background. The games looked nice, but when I rotated my phone to horizontal, I could still see my other browser tabs. While this isn't a big deal, I was hoping that when I started a game, it would fill the screen. I played Sweet 16 Blast Xmas Edition from 3:59PM EST until 4:07PM EST. I was still able to see my browser tabs, unlike when I played a mobile game at CasinoMax. I tested mobile speed: it took 4 seconds to load, while the desktop took 1 second. These guys have to step up their mobile game.
🛡️ Responsible Gambling
Since there was no responsible gambling badge or link, I decided to ask customer support a question. I asked what steps they take for a cool-off period at 3:53PM EST, and the Uptown bot came on at 3:54PM EST. I asked to speak to a human, and Agent Bretny came on at 3:56PM EST. He/She asked me for my name, birthday, full address, email address, and phone number.
| Cool-off Period | 15-Minute Pause (Agent Bretny Verified) |
| Spending Limits | Triggered upon exceeding set limit |
| Support Hours | 24/7 Live Chat |
He answered that they usually implement the cool-off period after I exceed the spending limit I listed. After that, they told me they usually pause the account for 15 minutes. I was done chatting at 3:58PM EST.
Customer Support
I opened the live chat at 3:39PM EST, and the Uptown chatbot came online right away. They asked the bot what documentation I needed to place a withdrawal request, and the chatbot said proof of identity, such as a driver's license or passport. He also said that extra documentation was needed for some withdrawal types. He did not elaborate, and a human never came on. I was done at 3:43PM EST.
Background and Reputation
The Company
While I know Uptown Aces is owned by Deck Media, you couldn't tell from the website, as there's no mention of who operates it. Only a rigorous dig and a few calls to my friends in the industry reveal the name of the company: Deckmedia N.V., company number 101468, registered address Heelsumstraat 51 E-Commerce Park, Curaçao, incorporated in 2007.
The Gaming License
There is no mention of any license or regulatory body on the website, and even the company name is elusive. We'll treat Uptown Aces as an unlicensed casino.
Sister Casinos
Uptown Aces' sister sites are SlotoCash, Red Stag, Slots Capital, Uptown Pokies, Desert Nights, Fair Go, Miami Club, Decode, Ozwin, and Riper casinos.
Reputation among USA players
Uptown Aces is faring well among USA players despite this being the most secretive casino group of all when it comes to official info and legal stuff. In other words, players are happy here; they're getting paid.
Uptown Aces Overall Ranking: 3.5/5
Uptown Aces was not the best RTG casino I have played at, but I liked it. I would have preferred to play at a licensed casino that listed responsible gambling restrictions. However, these guys offer a very nice bonus on first deposits and reloads. The mobile site had poor gameplay, and customer service could use some improvement. I liked playing here, but think they have some work to do based on my 10+ years of experience in testing online casinos.
Is Uptown Aces Casino legit?
I've heard only good things from the players, so yes, this is a legit operation.
