Goblins are regarded as among the most annoying creatures.

Besides their ugly looks, these little magical creatures are known to be very greedy.

They find gold irresistible and will always try to grab it at all costs.

While this game does not directly encourage you to love goblins, it gives you an opportunity to benefit from their insatiable greed for treasures.

It is a sequel to the popular Once Upon a Time and focuses more on the goblins.

The game was designed on the Betsoft Slot3 platform.

Greedy Goblins can best be described as a magic-themed slot.

The game focuses on goblins, which are magical creatures.

It is set in a magical forest where goblins and other magical creatures call home.

You will definitely love the way the game is designed if you are a fan of the fantasy world.

In terms of design, what you have here is a superb game with high-quality graphics.

The animations are also great, just like the stereo sound effects.

The game is compatible with most operating systems and is also mobile-optimized.

This means you can play on most devices, including your favorite smartphones and tablets.

Review Methodology – How We Tested

On March 1, 2026, I used my MacBook (Firefox) and my iPhone 17 Pro Max (Safari) on the 5G networks to test Greedy Goblins by Betsoft.

I started at 3:29 PM EST with $2,344.92 and finished at 3:44 PM EST with $2,335.57.

I bet $0.30 for 100 spins.

I lost $9.35, but I thought it was a cool game.

I only recorded my MacBook session.

I started off scoring wins right away, but after around 10 spins, it dried up.

On the 32nd spin, I started scoring some wins again; however, they were very small.

I hit another dry spell.

I was disappointed to see there was no buy feature, but I was happy to see it had a double-up feature like Fruit Bat Crazy.

From the 40th spin until the 70th spin was a big dry spell, which was fun but a waste of money.

There were very few wins.

However, on the 78th spin, I triggered an expanding wild symbol and started picking up some wins.

On the 89th spin, I triggered the free spins bonus round and got some money back after scoring some multipliers.

I won $2.65 on the bonus round.

After the bonus round, I landed another expanded win and won $1.60, and continued to score wins until the 100th spin.

I was very surprised when the wins started picking up; it was very fun, but I still ended up losing.

I tested out the spin and stop button and didn’t find anything wrong.

I tested out the game on my iPhone 17 Pro Max and found that playing it vertically is much better than playing it horizontally.

The game was very narrow horizontally, which made it harder to adjust bets and run an auto-spin session.

I thought the user experience of holding the phone horizontally was worse than holding it vertically.

I tested how long it took to launch the game on my MacBook and my iPhone and found it took 10 seconds on my MacBook and 12 seconds on my iPhone, which is pretty slow compared to most other slot machines.

My MacBook got a little warm after my session, whereas my iPhone stayed cool.

I looked at both devices and found that the sessions used about 1% of each device’s battery life (estimate). Pro Tip: Set your loss limits immediately, as I went through about 20 spins without scoring a win. Remember, this is a high volatility game. 🛡️

⚠️ Friction Points

  • 3:32 PM: 20-spin dry spell confirmed during the initial testing phase.
  • 3:40 PM: Horizontal view on iPhone 17 Pro Max restricted UI accessibility.
  • 3:42 PM: 12-second load time on mobile exceeds the 2026 industry average.

Gameplay

Greedy Goblins is a 5-reel video slot with 30 paylines.

For the best possible outcomes, you are encouraged to play the entire 30 paylines with reasonable coins.

The game allows for some adjustments.

The coin value can be adjusted from 0.02 to 0.50.

Players can also place between 1 and 5 coins per line.

This brings the maximum possible bet to 150 coins per spin.

While this may seem a lot, the maximum payout of 1.2 million credits is enticing.

It can only be landed when you are spinning on the maximum bet.

Symbols

You will find various symbols on the reels, but the elves and goblins take center stage.

Whenever you land winning combinations and get gold coins, the greedy goblins will quickly grab them and disappear.

Do not fret when this happens because the coins are secured for you.

The action is beneficial as it creates space for more symbols to fall and possibly form winning combinations.

Free Game and Bonus Features

Greedy Goblins slot has several bonus features.

The most spectacular one is the Million+ Jackpot.

You can get this by landing 5 Elf symbols on an active payline.

When your winning spin is on the 150-coin maximum bet, you’ll win a huge 1.2 Million Credits.

Another interesting bonus is the Book of Secrets bonus that is triggered by 2 Book of Secrets symbols on reels 2 and 4.

The bonus round will occur on a separate screen, where a goblin will help you to steal the secrets.

Each secret you help the goblin steal will bring bonus credits and multipliers.

You will keep getting these until the time allowed elapses.

Greedy Goblins offers sticky wilds where the wilds remain in place on the reels for up to 3 spins.

Also, by landing 3 or more Special Elfania symbols, you will be rewarded with a special mode of free spins.

You will get 10, 15, or 25 free spins for 3, 4, or 5 Elfania symbols, respectively. 🎰
