Fruit Fiesta Slot Machine Review, RTP% & Bonuses By Microgaming

If you are a fan of Microgaming, you must have noticed that the company is particular about classic slot machines. They have released tons of classic-styled online slots that share several similarities with the old-fashioned pub slots of the past. Some of their games take on the original fruit slots with interesting twists modern punters will love. Fruit Fiesta is one of such mobile casino game. While there are lots of fruity actions on the reels, the game setup is pretty modern.

Introduction

As you can tell from the name, Fruit Fiesta is a fruit-themed slot machine. It is a sequel to a 3-reels classic game of the same title, Fruit Fiesta, but there are some important upgrades modern players will love here. The interface is bright and appealing, welcoming you to a lot of fruity actions. Coming to the reels, you will find several of your favorite fruits. There are no 3D graphics or crisp animations, but the visual aspect of the game is quite decent. There are appropriate sound effects accompanying the actions on the reels.

Features

Fruit Fiesta features a standard 5×3 reels structure with 15 paylines running across the grid. Real money players are expected to start by setting up their bet level to suit their playing style. There is a regular mode as well as an expert mode that you can choose when you want to enjoy such extra features as the Autoplay function.

Many high rollers will prefer to play in the expert mode as it can make things faster and increase the chances of getting significant wins within a given period.

Symbols

To win, you have to land matching symbols on the paylines. The symbols in the game include an apple, a melon, an orange, a lemon, a pineapple, a watermelon, as well as a plum. The other important symbols include a bell, a BAR symbol, a Lucky 7, as well as the game logo.

For a game that has a standard 5×3 reels grid and 15 paylines, you will expect some special symbols and features that can make gameplay a lot more interesting. This is not really the case here. There are no free spins features, multipliers, or bonus rounds in the game, though there is a melon scatter symbol. This is where it looks like a real retro game.

The only special thing in Fruit Fiesta is the wild symbol, which is depicted by the Fruit Fiesta Logo symbol

It has the power to substitute for all other symbols on the reels, except the melon scatter symbol, and create a winning combination. It is also the key to the progressive jackpot, as landing 5 at a time on the 15th payline will bring the big prize. Landing Five anywhere else will compensate you with as much as 9,000 coins. The scatter symbol does not bring any free spin but will grant scatter wins that are multiplied to the total bet instead of the line bet.

Summary

Fruit Fiesta is a simple interesting game that will appeal to many players. Though there are no free spins or bonus rounds, the progressive jackpot is an interesting aspect of the game that will keep punters coming back for more.
