Grand 7s Slot Machine Review, RTP% & Bonuses By Microgaming

Welcome to the Grand 7s slot machine review. On several occasions, Microgaming has stressed that a slot game doesn’t need to be embellished with all the modern designs and features before it is considered great. The old-machines of the ’80s were simple yet interesting. We have also seen several recreations of the machines that will appeal to both old-timers and the current crop of slot players. Grand 7s is one of such video slot games. It is a game that keeps it hardcore in the classic scheme of things.

Introduction

From the name and what we have written in the introductory part, you should know that Grand 7s is unapologetically classic. It has a prominent retro design that doesn’t pretend to be anything else. There is no sub-theme at all, as all you have to deal with are classic slot symbols, including the good old lucky 7s.

It is set against a dark blue background that has the game logo proudly printed on it. The reels take center stage on the reels with the command buttons positioned strategically bellow them. The paytable is also prominent on the screen. The graphics and animations in this game are not of the highest possible quality, but they are appropriate for a retro game.

Features

In a true classic fashion, Grand 7s features 3 spinning reels and a single payline running right across the screen. To get started, you are required to set up the bet level to suit your budget. You can adjust the individual coin value with the (+) and (-) command buttons, and also choose to bet with either 1, 2, or 3 coins.

You will observe that the paytable with change as you switch between the different coin options. This is just to remind you that the higher you bet, the higher the potential wins you can obtain from the game. There is a Bet Max button that will let you go all-in for the maximum bet. There is also an Autospin function that will let the reels spin automatically according to your bet setting.

Symbols

Winning in Grand 7s involves landing matching symbols on the reels. All the symbols you will encounter here are classic symbols, including cherries, single BAR, double BARs, triple BARs, as well as blue and red 7s. The cherries are the least valuable symbols, but they can combine with others to award low compensatory payouts. The BAR symbols can also combine freely to award low payouts.

As you can expect, the colored 7s are the highest paying symbols. Grand 7s doesn’t have any of the special symbols and bonus features associated with modern slot games. The only special thing about the game is the ability of the symbols to award compensatory rewards when they do not combine in pure forms.

2500X Jackpot Up For Grabs

Even the 7s can combine in any form to give a win. The prize is significantly better when you have a pure 7s combination, however. You will earn the game jackpot of 2500x your bet when you land three red 7s during a maximum bet.
