Tomb Raider Secret Of The Sword Slot Machine Review, RTP% & Bonuses By Microgaming

Microgaming is known for bringing to slot players some of the biggest adventurous stories out there. The software developer had released the first Tom Raider slot some time ago and has followed it up with Tomb Raider: Secret of the Sword.

Introduction

Tomb Raider: Secret of the Sword is an adventure-themed video slot. It is the second of Microgaming’s slots based on the popular Tomb Raider franchise that features Lara Croft as the heroine. You have to be ready to journey with her to the scariest tombs, with the hope of uncovering some archeological treasures that can easily transform to cash rewards. The quality of the graphics here is much better than what we saw in the prequel. The visual animations are much better, too. The sound effects help tremendously to bring more life into the actions.

Five Reels With An Improved Thirty Pay Lines

Tomb Raider: Secret of the Sword feature five reels and an improved 30 payline system. To set up the wager to suit your budget and playing style, you can make adjustments to three important variables – the number of active paylines, the number of coins to stake on each payline, as well as the size of the coins to play with. The coins’ sizes range from 0.01 to 0.20, and you can stake as much as 10 coins per payline.

Clearly, you will have so many wagering options to consider.

Symbols

Like normal video slots, Tomb Raider: Secret of the Sword award cash prizes when three or more matching symbols line up on a payline. The symbols have different values, and the number of them involved in the combination determines the multiplier that will be applied to your line bet.

The close-up face of the protagonist of this story, Lara Croft, serves as the wild symbol of this game. It has the power to substitute other reels symbols, except the passport and scatter symbols, to complete winning combinations. This wild will help you win oftener.

The scatter symbol of this game is a magical relic. You have to keep your eye open for it because it doesn’t have to line up on a payline to fetch your rewards. You will need to find three or more scatter symbols to trigger ten free spins.

The free spins feature can be very rewarding since it involves rolling reels and progressive multipliers up to 5x.

The passport icon is another important symbol to watch out for. It appears in the center of each reel. When it happens, the activated reel will be highlighted. Eventually, the entire five reels will be activated, and the bonus game will begin quickly. This bonus game offers serious fun as you will have to choose from five different locations to explore, including London, Bolivia, Ghana, Nepal, and Tokyo. The mission is to help Lara find the hidden sword fragments.

Summary

Tomb Raider: Secret of the Sword is one of the best adventure-themed video slots from Microgaming. You are in for a lot of fun when you choose to play this game.
