The Wild Machine Slot Machine Review, RTP% & Bonuses By Pragmatic Play

This is not the first time we are encountering a video slot game that features a mad scientist or professor. While the theme is not original, the design of this Pragmatic Play slot is commendable. The name is also enticing since wild is associated with good things in the slot gaming world. Besides the name and the aesthetic appeal of the game, there are incredible features that make gameplay a lot more interesting than what meets the eyes.

Introduction

The Wild Machine is a video slot that tells the story of a nutty professor. We can tell he is mad by looking at his clothing and the general condition of his laboratory. He stands on a levitating platform to the right of the reels, twitching and watching the crazy actions on the reels. Everything is done in a cartoonish manner, but the graphics are high-quality. The game also features smooth and stung animations. The sound effects are great too, with the maniac laughter of the mad scientist interrupting the actions from time to time.

Features

The Wild Machine features a sizeable 5×5 grid configuration. It is also played across 40 fixed paylines. To start playing for real money, it is important you adjust the bet level to suit your budget. The coin value ranges from 0.01 to 0.05.

You can also choose to stake between 1 and 10 coins on each payline. Ideally, the base game involves the 5 standard reels, but if you look closer, you will notice four closed boxes at the midway points on the four corners. These are extra reels that can lead to seven-of-a-kind combinations when they are randomly filled with wild symbols.

Symbols

On the reels of The Wild Machine, you will find various symbols, including heart club, diamond, spade, gold key, compass, bag, bottle, book, the professor, and the wild. The wild will replace regular paying symbols to complete a winning combination.

To enjoy free rounds in The Wild Machine, you have to look out for the golden scatter symbol. When the game is in the standard 5×5 format, you can find the scatters on the middle reels. By landing three at a time, you will trigger the bonus game, where you will be taken to another screen with a Wonder Wheel made up of 30 colorful slices.

The Wonder Wheel

You will have to spin the Wonder Wheel to get different instant prizes or unlock free spins. If you unlock free spins, you will have to choose from two options how you want to enjoy the feature:

Gold Foundry free games or Diamond Forge bonus. The first will get you 8 free spins on a standard 5×5 grid with 2 – 5 reels randomly filled with stacked wilds. The second option gets you 5 free spins played on an expanded reel structure, where the extra positions are filled with wilds.

Summary

Stepping into a risky laboratory run by a mad professor exposes you to several uncertainties. If you are ready to take the risk, Pragmatic Play has included features that will make the game more rewarding.
