Diamonds Are Forever!

The graphics of this real money slots game are great. Your screen will look like it is almost on fire set against the backdrop of the bubbling volcano. Even the reels and buttons seem to be burning. The game itself seems to take inspiration from Game of Thrones and other similar adventure games. The backstory is that the kingdom is under attack and you, the player, are the hero who can potentially save the day. There is a formidable dragon who guards treasures almost beyond imagination, defeat him and you will not only be a hero, you will be a very rich hero!

Enter the Dragon!

Your objective with this game is to find the treasure guarded by the fiery dragons. That treasures comes in the form of prizes sometimes worth many hundreds of times your original stake. This game is based on a classic 5×3 reel grid with 50 paylines.

The highest-value symbols are the Kings and Queens, the Golden Chalice and the Violet Poison. Lining them up across your paylines will net you anywhere between 25 and 600 coins. Other symbols in the game include silver and gold axes and the traditional playing card ranks common to a lot of real money slot games.

Despite the absorbing and exciting theme and excellent graphics, this is quite a basic slot. There are the usual wilds, scatters and free spins, of course, but there is no absorbing mini-game to draw you further into the adventure so to speak. This seems strangely lacking somehow. It is almost as if you expect there to be more to this real money slots game not because it’s lacking but because it is so absorbing that you just don’t want the adventure to end.

The golden axes are the scatters with which you can bag yourself anywhere up to fifty free spins.

The silver axes are also scattered but worthless. They only appear during the free spins round itself and can be worth up to five so-called super spins.

Summary

Action and adventure fans will love Diamond Dragon. It almost feels like you are part of an amazing adventure. There is a nice widespread in the staking levels of this real money slots game, you can stake between 0.05 and 62.50 per spin so should suit most tastes.

The Return to Player percentage, however, is a little on the low side at 94.8%.

That slightly low percentage probably won’t bother action and adventure fans too much because this is a truly absorbing game where you feel like you are actually part of the adventure. For hardcore slot players, however, it may be a little on the low side. If you’re into dragons, fantasy and all that jazz, this is a fantastic game that you will really enjoy playing.
